Theoretical ADU in Sacremento (For Class)
I live in Anaheim. My purpose for writing today's blog post is to expound what I can find that will enable me to build an ADU in Sacrementol; its freedom, and its limitations of more zeal for my home. Zeal for my home will destroy it.
Subsequently I would like it to be a place for a traditional artist painter, a woodshop, and a computer studio environment since I have been trained only through 3D art and have received barely an upbringing in oil or gouache and watercolor or acrylic painting. Am I going to cut back? Eventually yes as I find love is something that throws away trash. The lumber yard would also need me; and it is a burning itch to build things. I have so many interests. I may only call myself creative. Or the bedroom, bathroom, sink, and computer studio, conditioner will do nicely just as well with out the art painting involved. I've been on cruises before and their cabins always small but enough for two to sleep and wash up. So I should get an estimate of how many square foot that is to get an idea of how big space taking up space really is as it appears to me.
For the first week I have too:
Zoning Research: Zoning Research: Goal for the zoning research should be to obtain all city/county’s Development Standards (design restrictions) for the proposed project.

Conversation with my older brother resulted in knowledge being Sacramento Allows up to 3 ADUs. Sacramento has something going for them. Yay! No need to keep reporting and linking. The above articles will lead to more pertinent information.
The property we're looking at is this:
3011 Del Paso Blvd,
Sacramento, CA 95815
It is currently for rent.
I hope this helps. To enjoy the possible addition of a dwelling unit.
